Fringe Festival is original born in Edinburgh in 1947, which is becoming one of the biggest and most popular art events in the world. In December of 2010, the Fringe Festival landed in Shenzhen bay. For the first year of Shenzhen Fringe Festival, facing a city that never known about the festival, we used a greeting slogan, which was "Hi Fringe! High Fringe!”" and showed up as an interesting and friendly image. Although 2010 was just a beginning, the first Shenzhen Fringe Festival has successfully left a deep and friendly impression and gained recognition from public.
